We're Detour Salon & Style, and we've been a premier salon and spa here in Anderson, IN, since 2016. Our upscale facility provides our community with exceptional service, and we love seeing new faces walk through our doors. ***Addendum: Bekah called me regarding my review and stated they reviewed my cancellations and apologized for the way my appt was handled earlier over the phone and offered me an appt today to make up for it. I had already scheduled with another salon, but I told her I appreciated her call and apology and informed her I would definitely schedule in the future due to her level of professionalism. Booked an appt online today only to be called back saying they couldn't service me because I've cancelled 4 times in the past. Layton did apologize, but still refused to keep my appt scheduled eventhough I gave them more than 24 hours notice as specified on their Website. I have an autoimmune disorder, so I get sick frequently, so I had to cancel due to illness. That's OK, they lost a great potential client and excellent tipper.
